Summary:Fungus is one of the important agricultural commodities, as it can be a people's livelihood and have contributed substantial foreign exchange earner for the country to boost the economy of Indonesia. Increased market demand for the fungus and the fungus benefit to the health of the industry resulted in the growth of fungi. Potential to develop the business mold, yet can respond optimally by firms because of some problems in its development. Problems faced by the company is not yet optimal produsi capacity, product marketing people still depend on two dealers, increased production costs due to increased fuel prices, limited capital to expand business, and competitive in price. Given these problems, and to face the competition then it needs appropriate business development strategy for the Company of Mushrooms NAD. The purpose of this study were: (1) Analyze the external factors into opportunities and threats faced by the Company of Mushrooms NAD as well as internal factors into strengths and weaknesses of the company NAD fungi, (2) Formulate a business development strategy of the company's external and internal analysis the study was conducted at NAD Mushroom Company, located in Bogor Regency. Site selection is done on purpose (purposive) with the consideration that the company was having problems fungal NAD sales targets are not achieved, the marketing of the product is still depend on two dealers, increased production costs due to increased fuel prices, limited capital to expand business, and competitive in price. Data is collected from March until May 2011. The data used in this study includes primary data and secondary data. Methods of processing and analyzing data using descriptive analysis, analysis of the company's external environment (including the macro environment and industry), internal environmental analysis, matrix External Factor Evaluation (EFE) and the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), the matrix Internal-External (IE), the matrix Strengths -Weaknesses-Opportunities- Threats (SWOT), and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).
