Description
Summary:The development of information technology and the rapid take considerable impact in all areas, including in the field of education. One use of telecommunications technology to the learning activity is with the advent of elearning as an alternative media distance learning. Although the growth of elearning is very fast, but still encountered many issues facing stakeholders of elearning systems. One key issue is to measure the success of e-learning system (Wang & Wang, 2009). Lack of evaluation of the success of e-learning system to be the center of attention for the author to conduct this research. Then the application of e-learning need to be analyzed to determine what factors affect the successful implementation of e-learning. The research was conducted in SMKN 2 YOGYAKARTA. Object used is e-learning PINTER used by respondents is 98 teachers who have been trained to use e-learning and e-learning PINTER in supporting the learning process. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors contained in the model of DeLone and McLean (2003) as well as the suitability of the task technology fit as independent variables on individual impact. Testing techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 2.0 applications . The results showed that DeLone and McLean model of success is not entirely proven empirically in the analysis of the implementation of PINTER elearning in SMKN 2 Yogyakarta. The results showed that the success factors are influenced by information quality, system quality, and service quality. While the task technology fit has no direct influence on individual impact. Testing result on the model of success DeLone and McLean (2003) showed that the quality system is no proven effect on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction has no direct influence on individual impact. This is presumably due to the use of e-learning is mandatory, so that teachers in the use of e-learning just abort the obligation is not a necessity and not think about how the quality of the system. Cumulatively, the variation of users' satisfaction factor of 36.76 percent can be explained by the quality system, quality of information and quality of service while at the impact of individual variance can be explained by 53.47 percent by the user satisfaction, system quality, service quality, and appropriateness of task-technology fit, the rest is explained by constructs other than research.
