Pattern of performance measurement into the main requirement that equitable remuneration. civil worker received a salary every month that tends to express is still lacking. Remuneration can be a motivator for the civil worker to make continuous improvements. After the implementation of the increase salary and remuneration, employee performance is not improved. The purpose of this study was to determine how the design of remuneration in force at this time BPDAS Unda Anyar. In addition, to determine the perception of civil worker regarding the design BPDAS Unda Anyar current remuneration. And after knowing this, the next step is to determine how to improve the performance of BPDAS Unda Anyar�s civil worker. In this study alone, it has been mentioned that the collection of data using interview techniques (interviews) and surveys. The population in this study are 45 people BPDAS Unda Anyar�s civil worker. Survey based Remuneration System Policies and Criteria Effective compiled Deputy HR Administrative Ministry of PAN. An assessment of the Ministry of Forestry is 52 and was at 3, so that the amount of remuneration received in BPDAS Unda Anyar�s civil worker accordance with the Ministry's remuneration is equal to 50 % of total remuneration. More focused job evaluation to determine the weight of office, position classification and ranking. Results in the form of job evaluation and classification of rank positions are used as the basis for determining the remuneration of employees. BPDAS Unda Anyar own in highest grade position today is 13, with a magnitude index value at Rp 4,000 per job. Assessment of civil worker performance consists of two elements, namely SKP and civil worker behavior itself. Prevailing remuneration system is still considered less appropriate and necessary improvements. But the remuneration is not be the only thing to be a motivator for the civil worker, the remuneration has not been able to improve the performance. In addition to remuneration, motivation factors become servants are expected to be applied in order to improve performance, both intrinsic and extrinsic factors.
