Summary: | PT. ECCO Indonesia is a company who work in the foot wear industry. Shoe
company is one of labor-intensive industry type where the employee very important
and dominant. The employee should always be parts of management focus for
developing. Free Idea System is a system how we manage the employees more aware
and play an active to give ideas or solution related problems happen in their work
place. In the research, management giving guide line that ideas can be create
related with how to reduce the wastes in manufature process. From small ideas,
related their work place and be done continously, become continous improvements.
For this research, we apply a qualitative descriptif research method to get
comprehensive knowledge related with implementation of Free Idea System. We are
collecting data by observation, writing interview, direct interview, questioner, and
collect the management data. We are not verify the hypotheses but build the
hypotheses.
Hopefully the results of research able to give a knowledge contribution about
implementation of free idea system in PT. ECCO Indonesia related with productivity,
quality, and workplace convenient. In general, it can give more knowledge
references for readers. |
