Summary: | Currently watering plants traditionally considered less efficient because it
requires a long time. Not only that, watering plants traditionally requires a lot of
energy. This causes the owner can not leave the plant for a long time, due to lack
of water plants. On this basis, this tool is intended to help the user or owner of the
plant for watering plants without having to be watered manually.
The design of the prototype system uses minimum system ATMega32 which
will process the Soil Moisture Sensor is used as a measure of soil moisture, the
sensor consists of two probes to pass current through the ground, then read the
resistance to get the value of the output voltage will be converted into a digital
value, and the addition of 2x16 LCD as a viewer results.
From the test results, the overall system parts can work well as designed.
The system can perform automatic watering if the value of RH is available under
the 4 of every 1 RH worth 0.35 V. This tool can work when residents are not at
home, so that the plant will remain untreated. |
