Summary: | Image analysis research on the x-ray angiography has been done. In this research, angiographyimage analysis performed by cardiac catheterization use contrast media in patients with Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD). Image retrieval using PMSDVIEW software while the image analysis using software ImageJ. Image analysis include measurement of systolic and diastolic heart, heart pumping velocity correlation to the voltage source, the characteristics of contrast media as well as measurements of ventricular septal defect. The result showed that the size of the heart at systole is 61 ± 1 mm and at diastole at 51 ± 1 mm. Changes in heart size from diastole to systole by 10 ± 1 mm with percentage of 19%. Based on the digital image of the velocity of the heart to the 75.3 kV voltage source variations at 2114 ± 51 mm / ms, source voltage of 71.6 kV with a heart as big as the velocity of 229 ± 11 mm / ms, voltage of 76.1 kV speed is 1325 ± 36 mm / ms, at a voltage of 75.3 kV with velocity 1646 ± 46 mm / ms to 4 ms long irradiation. On the characteristics of the spread of contrast medium in cardiac ventricle affected by the time of injection and the area through which the contrast medium. Diameter defect shunt (leakage) penderia VSD patients at the heart of the measured 3.63 ± 0.19 mm. |
