Summary:Recently Indonesia have a large critical areas and should be solved immediately with Forest and Land Rehabilitation (FLR). The success of FLR depends on their plan that should be transparent, responsible, participatory, comprehensive, and adapt local environment. FLR is a system problem, that need a systems-based method which integrate biophysical and social aspects. CASM is alternative methods that meets this criteria. On the implementation, the efficiency of this method need identification of interactivity relations through their networks. These networks are able to identify the total allocation time, human resource needs and FLR budget. The method used for building the networks on this research is the critical path method (CPM). The data required are the activities, predecessor activities, and normal time activities. These research results are network planning of FLR location identification has 31 activities with 120 series connection, 5 parallel connections, and 39 interactivity dependences. The total time required is 136 days effective or 6 months. The human resources needed 5 experts, 2 administrative staff, 2 cartographer, 10 field surveyors, and 10 surveyor assistants. The budget components are direct and indirect relates to the network, there are cost of honorarium, transportation, materials, business travel, meeting expenses, etc.
