Summary: | The Magnetic stirrer has made with temperature setting and stirring of speed
to ease activities in the laboratory for observations on a sample have reacted with
other substances, for the observation process done with stirring of process on
sample to gets the situation where can be observed, because of the fact that the
sampel requires are heating at certain of temperature to observe a significant
changes.
System of magnetic stirrer with temperature setting and stirring of speed
using microcontroller ATMega16. This system consists are temperature sensor
LM35, DC motors, LCD 16x2, microcontroller, MOC and software. The heaters
using MOC as AC voltage driver, data for temperature monitoring is obtained
from sensor LM35 and for display using LCD. The control temperature is set
point as heater temperature settings, So the temperature that set according of the
set point has been determined. For the stirring of used DC motors and those two
magnets are driving stirrer.
System of magnetic stirrer with temperature settings and stirring of speed
can be used in three modes. First, only to stir, second is used heating only. And
third are used stirring and heating. For the stirring of speed settings have been
provided for five different level speeds. For the data temperature can be monitored
at device between 0ºC to 150ºC and also LCD 16x2 as display tools. |
