| Summary: | This study is conducted to analyze and to know the roles of Skadik 403 in
supporting human resource quality and the implication on working unit strength in
Adisoemarmo Indonesian Air Force Base. This study uses qualitative research
method. Research data is derived from depth interview with the educators and
students, observation and documentation.
Results of study concluded that the roles of Skadik 403 in supporting
human resource are: (1) to prepare Indonesian Air Force from initially recruited,
personnel education and personnel supply so that structural and functional
students, (2) to guide on educators both in organizational or autodidact, (3) to
build cooperation, one of them through comparison study with educational
institutions and educators change, (4) to evaluate for knowing the material
mastery by Setukba and Semaba students in comprehend educational materials
being taught |
