Summary:Lempuyangan station serves as a station for economic class regional train services and local train services in the special region of Yogyakarta. The high amount of station passenger movement potencies has not balanced with the design quality of built environment area surround the station that supports pedestrian activity and the integration between station and mass transportation facilities. The quality of built environment area surround the station is interesting to be researched about the walkarea range, the walkability level and the factor influences the walkability condition in these transit area. The research uses a qualitative-quantitative methods approach consists of three phases. Phase 1 done with an interview methods to a number of passengers in Lempuyangan station to identify the walkarea range. Phase 2 is a qualitative analysis phases towards the built environment qualities within the walkarea based on 3D main variables
