Forgiveness training is given to improve the subjective well-being. This study used a qualitative approach to understand the psychological dynamics of each subjects during and after forgiveness training. The subjects were 3 women who became the victims of their husbands� infidelity. The results showed that the subjective well-being remained low, but some were able to improve the subjective well-being which was characterized by low negative affect, higher positive affect and higher marriage satisfaction.
