pharmacy supply in certain place considered safe from stealing as well as physical
obstacle that can break the quality of pharmacy supply. The Pharmacy Warehouse
of RSUD Kolonel Abundjani Bangko has not had Standard Operating Procedures
(SOP) regarding storage system of pharmacy supply in this warehouse, so that it
can affect condition and quality of pharmacy supply stored, which is showed by
procedure error as storing the goods, goods improper with the stock card, the
management of medicine stock for the unsegregated internal and external usage,
narcotic and psychotropic drugs do not keep in special rack, alcohol does not save
in separated room, the injection storage must concern on the storage instruction,
and radiology film and surgery tools require special storage condition. The storage
must be performed as requirements of the well � storage of pharmacy supply.
Therefore, it requires standard operating procedure (SOP) for prevention act,
aimed to provide certain measure in detecting retarded process, work standard,
and system as well as preventing improper way.
Purpose: The present work is aimed to refine the storage system of pharmacy
supply in Pharmacy Warehouse of RSUD Kolonel Abundjani Bangko.
Method: This research was quasi� experimental research using qualitative and
quantitative method. The data collecting technique was conducted by
retrospective and prospective. The initial data, thus, was collected for 2 (two)
weeks by in � depth interview to Head of Pharmacy Installation of and Head of
Pharmacy Warehouse, and observation by using review list. Hence, the SOP was
arranged by the researcher. The data perfection and consensus to perform SOP
trial was by intervention of small group discussion with officer of pharmacy
warehouse. To know the warehouse officer's obedient over the SOP, the data
collecting was done 1 (one) month during the trial implementation of the SOP.
Finding: The research finding showed that the intervention of small group
discussion (DKK) in managing the SOP and the trial implementation of the SOP
of pharmacy supply storage had showed improvement and the pharmacy supply
storage turned better.
Conclusion: The intervention of small group discussion (DKK) by managing the
SOP of pharmacy supply storage can improve the storage practice of pharmacy
supply in the pharmacy warehouse of RSUD Kol.Abundjani Bangko. There is an
improvement of the warehouse officer's obedient over the SOP's storage after the
trial implementation of the SOP and there is a better storage refinement before
and after the SOP . |
