Summary:Background : Bacterial vaginosis is disruption conditions the balance of the normal flora in the vagina, often asymptomatic and complaints. Bacterial vaginosis in pregnant women have an impact on preterm birth, premature rupture of membranes, and caused LBW. Objective : The objective this study was to find risk factor of vaginosis bacterial infection among pregnant women in Blora District. Methods : Type in this study is observational analytic approach in cross sectional design. Total sample of 138 pregnant women. To identify association between risk factors and infections of vaginosis bacterial among pregnant women we used ratio prevalent approach with 95% confidence interval. Results : Prevalence of vaginosis bacterial among pregnant women in this study was 26,1% according to Nugent�s score. Habits to wipe vagina with a towel/tissue after wash genitals independently and significantly associated with incidence of vaginosis bacterial (OR=2,437, 95% CI=1,031�5,760, p=0,042). Confounding variables in this study are age, history of contraceptive used, douching, and parity. Conclusion : Prevalence of vaginosis bacterial among pregnant women in this study was 26,1%. Determinant risk factors of vaginosis were habits to wipe vagina with a towel/tissue after wash genitals
