This research was aimed to investigate the effect of light color on the productive performance of broiler. One hundred and eight male day old broiler chickens were devided into three groups of light color treatments. Each treatment consisted of three replicates with 12 birds each. The treatments were normal, blue, and green lighting. The data collected in current study were feed consumption, body weight gain, feed conversion ratio,and performance index. The data were analyzed using One way of ANOVA and followed by Duncan�s new Multiple Range Test (DMRT) for different results. The birds exposed with blue lighting have better feed consumption (P<0.05) and higher body weight gain (P<0.05), compared to those of exposed with normal or green lighting. It can be concluded the blue color lighting gives better results on growth performance of broiler chickens.
