This research is aims to describe the elements of words from the drama soundtrack of Princess Hours and Prince Hours. All songs which will be researched about are ten, so each drama taken by fived. This research is using theory of structure. This research is containing four elements of words, which is vocabulary, metaphor, rhetoric and images. Based on the result of research, it can be seen that the use of denotative words which appears in lyrics that are considered as supportive to the theme of song. From of all songs investigated, there were no words in sentences meaning of connotative that fit the theme song. The metaphor that found is personification, parable and metonymy. Then the rhetoric found in this research is tautology and hyperbola. Various images found in this research are visual imagery, auditory imagery, motion imagery and tactile imagery. Also, the combination of elements can form and clarify the theme song. From analyzing the ten songs of Princess Hours and Prince Hours it can be seen that each songs depict different themes. Themes that appear in the ten songs are love, heartache, regret, togetherness, memory, happiness and expectation.
