Summary:Implementation of pharmaceutical care in pharmacy community proven to be slower than expected , although many pharmacists have to agree with the concept of pharmaceutical care. This causes of a lot of research now leads to the facilitator . Facilitators are the factors that can help to overcome barriers and accelerate the implementation or pharmaceutical care . The study aims to explore the influence of the facilitator of the attitudes of pharmacists to implement pharmaceutical care in community pharmacy in Gunung Kidul, Kulon Progo, and Bantul . Research includes associative research. Purposive sampling technique sampling of 40 pharmacists in pharmacy community. Data were collected by using a questionnaire. Independent variables in the form of research pharmacist relationship with physicians, clinical capabilities, the role of professional organizations, remuneration , patient demand, educational institutions, and individual pharmacists. The dependent variable in the form of attitude research pharmacists to implement pharmaceutical care. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression and multiple. Results of simple linear regression analysis showed a significant effect on all facilitators attitude pharmacists to implement pharmaceutical care, with a regression coefficient of variable relationships with doctors pharmacists (0.394), the ability of clinical pharmacists (1,040), the role of professional organizations (0,625) , remuneration (0.486) , the request of patient (0.280) , educational institutions (1,044), and individual pharmacists (0,273). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that only the variable role of professional organizations (regression coefficient 0.440), educational institutions (regression coefficient 0.527), and individual pharmacists (regression coefficient 0.181) were significantly influence the attitude of pharmacists to implement pharmaceutical care, in which the educational institution is the most influential facilitator. The model is able to explain the relationship facilitator of the attitudes of pharmacists(72.40%).
