Niz�r is a modern Arab poet from the State of Syria. Niz�r much raised the theme of politic, love, and women in his poems. A work entitled �Ris�latun il� Rajulin M�...� is a poem by Niz�r Qabb�nīy in the poetry anthology Yaumiyy�tu Imra'atin La Mub�liyatin. This research aims to reveal the meaning contained in the poem �Ris�latun il� Rajulin M�...�. Poem �Ris�latun il� Rajulin M�...� contains a lot of signs. Therefore, this study uses semiotic theory, which shows the meaning of the signs embodied in the poem. This research uses semiotic reading method to analyze the poem �Ris�latun il� Rajulin M�...�. The first is heuristic reading phase, and the second phase namely hermeneutic reading. Within heuristic reading, literary works being naturalized according to the normative grammar structure, namely Arabic. Furthermore, in order to find the meaning, a hermeneutic reading is performed. In this case the poem �Ris�latun il� Rajulin M�...� being re-read, as well as performed giving meaning by literary conventions. From the analysis results, it can be seen that the poem�Ris�latun il� Rajulin M�...� reveals that male dominance that had been supported by a patriarchal culture has made women becoming the object of oppression from age to age. Therefore, women will do the rebellion to undermine male dominance.
