Summary:That causes rubble by the earthquake has claimed many lives. Slow evacuation process can be disastrous in just a few seconds. In this case the system requires that both the building evacuation overcome or prevent the possibility of bad is going to happen. In this research study the problem trying to be solved by detecting an earthquake with a change in acceleration at the building and the land surface . Then after acceleration is detected it will be processed in the Arduino microcontroller and then move the actuator in the form of a DC motor to open and close the sliding door automatically. The results of this study is an earthquake detector which can speed up the evacuation of people within the building in which is manifested in the form of automatic doors . The test is done with a simple building prototype simulations . The test results obtained from the movement of the door that opens automatically when the appliance receives a shock or acceleration .
