Summary: | Today, to achieve successful performance and sustainable development,
a company should have good systems and qualified workforce. One way
to achieve that is by implementing good management control system and
organizational learning on an ongoing basis. This study aims to
investigate the influence of management control system and
organizational learning on organizational performance. Using 37
respondents from managerial and staff level at PT Safari Dharma Sakti
as study sample, quantitative analysis in the forms of descriptive
analysis and hypothesis testing is conducted to discuss the issues.The
results of this study found that management control system and
organizational learning have positive significant effect on
organizational performance. |
