industry. On this final project PLC is used to controller 3 phase AC motor
automatically using FX-2DA based on changes in temperature. In addition to
discussing about 3 phase AC motor controller, also include about input and
output address, digital input and output, analog input and output, ladder symbols.
On controlling the 3 phase AC motor is controlled the rotary motor speed who is
affected by temperature changes. By using a thermocouple type K so temperatures
around would be read. The temperature readings will be converted into voltage
issued from FX-2DA. Output from FX-2DA was incorporated into inverter so that
affect the frequency and voltage output of the inverter. So that the output of the
inverter will affect the rotary motor speed. With frequency 5 Hz the rotary motor
speed is 148 rpm, and at the frequency 50 Hz the rotary motor speed is 1500 rpm. |
