Summary:Needs of dynamic response induction motor control method can�t accomplished by usingscalar control. So that control method besides of scalar control which has fast dynamic response is required. It can accomplished by using vector control techniques. This study discuss about control motor in open loop condition by using vector computation for switching process. This study also discuss about speed estimation method by using flux observer method based on Back Electro Motive Force value. This study is implemented by using dsPICDEM MCHV-2 development board which nominal voltage is 400 V and nominal current is 6,5 A. The final tested shows that voltage result increase according to frequency increasing. So that, current output is constant. Speed estimation result not much different with speed measured by tachometer.
