This study will observe effect of price fluctuations against implementation of the budget effectiveness in Public Works Department and in Water, Energy and Mineral Resources Department of Sleman District. Effectiveness can be determine from the dimensions of time, cost and output of the implementation of the budget From the analysis showed that there are significant influence from price fluctuations to the budget implementation effectiveness in the Public Works Department and in Water, Energy and Mineral Resources Department of Sleman district. The most significant influence are in output dimension that can be seen from change in the quantity of goods or materials used in the implementation activities. Changes in the goods and materials will also affect the volume and the final result of the implementation of the budget. The main cause price fluctuations influence on the implementation of the budget effectiveness is the highest price standard policy in standardization of goods and services documents. Moreover behavior and policies taken by the government in response to price fluctuations shown in Sleman Regent Regulation No. 5 of 2009 on Guidelines for the Financial Management Implementation also affect the effectiveness of the implementation
