Summary:Background: The development of dengue cases is increasing at a global level, as well as in Indonesia. Bantul district is Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) endemic, reported cases and deaths from year to year an increasing trend. DHF including potential disease outbreak that need early warning activities through DHF surveillance activities. DHF Surveillance information include people, places and time. StatPlanet help analyze application and interpretation of the data and the publication and dissemination of information in the form of DHF surveillance table, graphs and interactive maps to support decision making. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) explains that the use of technology is influenced by aspects and aspects of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness infomasi produce. Objective: To evaluate the use of information systems applications StatPlanet on DHF surveillance in Bantul regency. Methods: The study design was a qualitative study using qualitative data. Collection of data through observation and in-depth interviews. Subjects were surveillance officers and management of data in Bantul Health Office and 3 health centers of DHF endemic and have been trained StatPlanet as Kasihan II, Sewon I and Banguntapan III health centers. Results: There is variation in the use of application StatPlanet. The information resulting from the use of a table StatPlanet application, Histogram graphs, bar graphs, trend graphs and an interactive map of the magnitude of dengue cases that support decision-making activities in dengue surveillance. Perceived ease of use availability is affected because of the support of hardware and software, the icon driven, lack of support from superiors, the compliance tasks and dual tasks, user experience and user training. Perception usefullness of use of applications that include application StatPlanet StatPlanet can improve social values, as well as improving the appearance of officers working in the work to be effective and efficient. Conclusion: There is a ease of use and usefullness of use StatPlanet applications on DHF surveillance information systems in Bantul.
