This study aims to determine the role of members of women farmers group (KWT) in the implementation of the model program in the area of sustainable food household village (MKRPL) in progam implementation of area model of sustainable food household in Village Wareng District Wonosari Gunungkidul, the activity of members of the group of women farmers, and determine the factors that affect the role of women farmers group members in the implementation of the program MKRPL. Research using survey methods, census, and interviews. The unit of analysis is member of the group of women farmers. Members of the group that were studied amounted to 34 people. The role of women farmers' group members examined using multiple regression analysis. This method is more emphasis on factors internal and external to expected influence to the role of KWT members in implementation of MKRPL program. The role of women farmers is a the group member's participation in the implementation of programs MKRPL of BPTP Yogyakarta. Role of Women Farmers Group members in the Model Region Sustainable Food Houses in the model program in the area of sustainable food household village (MKRPL) in progam implementation of area model of sustainable food household in Village of Wareng is categorized of high level with the score of 31-46 and the percentage of 97.06 %. Factors that influence to the role of the other members of KWT include attitudes of members, and roles of agricultural extension field. The type of activities carried out by members of KWT coverd production on vegetable cultivation, cultivation of potatoes, catfish farming, raising chicken. Post- harvest activities were the manufacture of arrowroot starch, arrowroot chips manufacture, and the manufacture of starch of arrowroot cookies, while social service activities included reguler group meeting and post harvest lending tools.
