الملخص:In Indonesia, there are many places where the ground soil conditions (subgrade) located on soft soil or expansive soil. Pavement design existing method generally assumed that the subgrade in a stable condition, so pavement thickness structure components based solely on the subgrade bearing capacity values expressed by vertical subgrade reaction modulus.This led to inappropriate design to structure. One resolution of this problem is to use â��Sistem Pelat terpakuâ�� concrete pavement.Aresearch is conducted to determine the behavior of â��Sistem Pelat Terpakuâ�� structure using Beams on Elastic Foundation method to determine the forces working on the plate structure and suggest the design charts for â��Sistem Pelat Terpakuâ��. In this research will be conducted beam anaIysis of shear force, moment, dan deflection on â��Sistem Pelat Terpakuâ�� structurewith various parameters and load variations, for examplevariations in the value of the modulus of subgrade reaction equivalent(kâ��), plate thickness, loading position, magnitude of the loads, and compressive strength of concrete (fcâ��). In the simulation will be used â��BOEF â�� Beam on Elastic Foundationâ�� computer program. The analysis results showed that in the design of Nailed Slab System structure used just 1 loading only as a design load,that is on the edge of the plate,the location of the critical load. Load variations that counducted provide moment, shear force,soil bearing pressure, and deflection value which are linear. Due to the fcâ�� increase which causing max momen and max shear force that happens increasing, meanwhile the max deflection is decreasing. Due to the thickness increase which causing momen and max shear force that happens increasing, meanwhile the max deflection that happens will be decreasing.
