Description
Summary:Selulolitic bacterias are organism that have capability of celulose production. Selulolitic bacterias isolated from Bandeng gastric have not been yet characterized by means of molecular approach. Molecular characterization was observed using the pattern of 16S rDNA sequence digestion product by some restriction enzymes. The objective of this research was to discover the pattern of 16S rDNA sequence digestion product some restriction enzymes. This research conducted with several steps including (1) cell and colony morphology observation (2) DNA genome isolation (3) amplification of 16S rDNA sequence using PCR (4) digestion of PCR products by restriction endonuclease enzyme HaeIII, HinfI, and RsaI. The patterns of 16S rDNA sequence digestion product were similar for all of isolates, except BSA B1 isolate.
