The research on \" Maturity Level Assessment System Budget Based on Measurement Application COBIT Maturity Case Study at the University of Gadjah Mada Model\" to evaluate whether the budget application system used by the University of Gadjah Mada has been adequate and is suitable with the criteria of 4 Domain COBIT 4.1 and to assess the level of maturity. The study focused only on the application of SIMABEKA at Gadjah Mada University which is located in Bulak Sumur. The research data obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The data obtained were then processed using the COBIT Maturity Model to gain a level of maturity and an overview regarding the use of UGM application system budget. From the research it can be concluded that the SIMBEKA application has a maturity level of 3.37 which describes the responsibilities and authority that has been delegated from the management to the employee but there is no in-depth evaluation of the SIMABEKA application. The writer then provides advice and recommendations to the management associated with the improvement of management of the SIMABEKA applications in the future.
