| Summary: | Organization adaptability in the term of IT implementation is capability in implying the IT which is conducted by an organization. It is very relevant with the context of IT governance, business governance and strategic alignment. In addition, IT managerial capability also plays an important role as the encouragement of an organization performance. Good collaborations of IT governance, business governance and IT managerial capabilities of an organization are expected to influence the organization adaptability in the dynamic environment in order to become a competitive advantage for the organization to develop.
BPK RI adaptability in the use of SMP implementation can perform well if the organization conducts the uniformity of the main business process which is related to the management and integration uniformity throughout the stages of BPK RI inspection activities in an inspection database. The objective of the research is to know the influence of IT governance, business governance and IT managerial capabilities towards BPK RI adaptability in the implementation of SMP. This research uses research model which is developed by Heart et. al. [52]. The research was conducted by analyzing questionnaires from 125 respondents who are using SMP in BPK RI. They are head representative secretariat sub-division staff, MIA staff and IT Bureau as the operator and also the division which utilizes the SMP. The method which is used by the writer is Lisrel method (Linear Structural Relations) 8.80.
The result shows that IT governance and business governance do not influence over the adaptability of an organization in implementing IT. Furthermore, BPK RI also has quite good level of adaptability in the applying SMP. |
