Each patient was given a control card. They need to bring their control card every time they come to hospital for control. The regularity of control is determined by assessing the control card. Relapse reports are assessed from caregivers report of relapse in early psychotic patients and re-hospitalization report. Results: Not control group (55,6%)has the highest percentage of relapse compared to the other two groups(10,6% and 6,8%).
