Summary:Online networking site become part of society, and can not be apart from part of living which change the way societies communicate each other. So revolution on information techonology bring impact of change on societies and the way people reveal them self in the online networking site. This study had conducted in SMA 5 Yogyakarta. The aim of this research to study the role of online interpersonal trust that strengthening relation between loneliness and online self disclosure to the 162 students. This research was using loneliness scale, online self disclosure scale, and online interpersonal trust scale. The result of this study indicated that there is no significant difference level of online self disclosure both male and female student. Female student spent more time than male student in online networking site. The study also found that female students have more online social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. than male students. 3 Hours range is a prolonged period of time most widely used participant. There is a significant relationship between loneliness and online selfdisclosure moderated by online interpersonal trust.
