Summary:The development of information technology evolves along with the development of a civilization. College as a part of civilization has its own complexities and dynamics. Universitas Gadjah Mada with its 50 thousands student population need a comprehensive management, under the Directorate of Academic Affairs student�s administration begins and ends. This huge data stored in variety of information systems database. To support policies that made based on the data, policy makers need tools to describe and visualize the data easily in order to be read and understand quickly. Dashboard is one option to fulfill the needs. This study aims to introduce and develop a model of dashboard that suits the characteristics of a university. This dashboard model is developed web-based, to maintain user accessibility and to make it interactive and dynamic. The dashboard model was tested by user and information technology practitioners through the focus group discussion . The results of the study provide recommendations of dashboard models on Directorate of Academic Affairs of UGM, with indicators that have been agreed upon. Indicators contain the current number of new students, active students, as well as alumni information. The indicator shows the current and previous number and a comparison between the two conditions. These indicators can also be drilled down by faculty, study program, regionalism until the detailed information of each student. This recommended dashboard model is divided into two levels: decision makers in the university level and the faculty level.
