One of the national strategic issue is the provision of drinking water where in 2015, the target service as 69 % for urban and 54 % for rural. In 2011 at the Cilacap District water service only reaches 8.3 %. One of the effort for fulfill the target services, can be reached by optimizing the existing water resources, for the example is Rawabendungan. At this time, Rawabendungan have sedimentation problem which causes reduction of storage capacity. Therefor, it is necessary to optimize the storage by dredging. The optimization was conducted by using Standard Operating Rule (SOR) simulation in several dredging scenarios. The input of SOR simulation are consists : 1. water demands which is taken 60 liters/person/day
