Summary: | This research is aimed at 1) analyzing an corruption crime verdict which has been
final leggaly binding, 2) analyzing the implication of the corruption crime verdict
which has been final leggaly binding in the contract of Build Operate and Transfer
(BOT), and 3) investigating possible solution as a deterrent effect for corruption
criminal through the civil law after the corruption crime verdict has been inkracht in
the contract of BOT.
This research belongs to a normative research which employs secondary data,
consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary law materials. Method and instrument
of data collection included documentation method and documentary study. The data
of library materials were analyzed qualitatively.
The results of research and discussion indicate that there are two implication of the
corruption crime verdict, namely the implementation of the injunction of crime
verdict which has been final leggaly binding and the implementation of the contract
serving as the basis of corruption crime becomes unclear. The implication of the
