Summary:This study was aimed to determine the customer�s attitude towards the credit of the PT Kresna Reksa Finance, the factors that influenced customer�s attitude toward the credit customer�s attitude and socio-economic characteristics of the customer towards of the effectivity of using credit in economic activities. This research was conducted in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi by used survey methods with the sample size of 120 respondents. Sampling was undertaken with simple random sampling technique. The result showed that lessthan 50% of customers have positive attitude toward the credit of PT Kresna Reksa Finance. The factors that significantly affected the customer�s attitude toward the credit were enterprise�s physical facilities, tangible, reliability, employee�s responsiveness to the customers, income, and customer�s age. The effectivity of the using credit in increasing economic activities were significantly influenced by the customer�s positive attitude and education.
