Summary: | The aimed of this research is to know how to develop the realization of absorption, to know the result of outputs target, to know what the factor and benefit that are got by the society with materialize enhancement of assistant fisheries program of marine and fisheries department of north Bengkulu in 2012 Research method is used qualitative research. The result of this research showed the implementation of co-administration in THE DEPARTMENTof MARINE AND FISHERIES in north of Bengkulu were good. The fact showed by the best of third of the national achievement and continued in the next recycle program. The responsibility of cooperation implemented by participation of region and national, and supported to conduct this program. The regional government have to maximal implementation to increase the government target as implemented by national government. Keep coordination with national government is important to get matching program between national and regional. However the regional government has good implementation, acquire few problems have been taken by local government unit (SKPD), that cause the program implemented late or defect such as DIPA, different schedule with national and regional, rotation and weather. |
