Mainly, the innovation in husbandry by-product has been done, like biogas, compost, and even the utilization of cow feses on construction field as mortar ingredient. Subject for this experiment are 60 dairy cow farmers from Malang District, Karangploso. Which that groups divide into two experiment group and one control group. The experiment groups were given a treatment which is an education by-television with interactive dialogue (Experiment group II) or without interactive dialogue (Experiment group I) about making mortar from cow feses and the control group were not given any treatment. Tool for measuring the group are a question slip like a questionnaire, which are given before and after the treatment. Results of the ANOVA analysis showed a significant difference to the level of knowledge of the experimental group II (p < 0.05) and by the level of knowledge the experimental group I and II of the control group showed a significant difference in scores in influencing the attitude of farmers towards the manufacture of mortar cow feses (p < 0.05), but the treatment given to the experimental group II with an interactive dialogue had no significant effect in changing the attitude of farmers (p > 0.05).
