That situation encourages authors to review and make suggestions to improve sidewalk services. This research aim to measure sidewalk level of service and provide advice to facilitate sidewalk repair. This study uses the following equipment counter (hand counter), roll-meter, survey forms, stationery, and camera. The research was conducted at northern part of Panembahan Senopati street sidewalk which length of 450 meters, by survey at high activity pedestrian on sidewalk. Survey conducted include sidewalk geometric, surface sidewalk quality, opportunities for cross, facilities support, connectivity sidewalk, sidewalk placement potential for conflict, volume of pedestrian crossing facilities, and safety of pedestrian. The result is the northern part of Panembahan Senopati street sidewalk have service level D. There needs to be improved on the sidewalk and pedestrian facilities are : widening sidewalks with width 3 meters, repair damaged sidewalk surface such as cracks and potholes, control traders who use the sidewalk, repair pedestrian facilities design, adding signs at conflict prone areas with vehicles such as at intersection, and repair lighting to minimize the distance between point lighting.
