Summary:The performance analysis of the sensor rotation R-1 portable made in Eentec was conducted by utilizing experimental data records of two \"Taiger\" explosions in Northeastern Taiwan on March 4th 2008. The Data recording of ground motion produces three translational and rotational components (north-south [x], east-west [y], and vertical [z]). Analysis of R-1 rotational sensor conducted aimed to investigate the performance of rotation sensor which can measure rotational motion components directly. In this study, the rotational component data recording of R-1 rotational sensor made in Eentec obtained was compared to the rotational component derived from the analysis of the array at the same time and location. The comparison shows similar waveform between directly-measured rotational component to the derivatived array analysis.. The results xcorr of the explosion N3 x-component is 0.80741, y-component is 0.89671 and z-component is 0.91543. Results xcorr of the explosion N3P x-components is 0.87427, y-component is 0.8191 and z-component is 0.92099. These results indicate that the rotational motion components can be measured directly by using R-1 rotational sensor made in Eentec.
