Summary:Corporate culture is an important component for a company. One is to guide employee behavior, particularly in shaping the image of the employee in accordance with the values adopted by the company. The phenomenon of the real function of corporate culture can be seen in the case of Garda Depan or Gardep�s process as part-time workers organizations in PT. ADD, Yogyakarta. Through a study of this workers organization will be seen how the process of implementing corporate culture, that shape the behavior of PT.ADD part-time workers are continuously regenerated in each period. The process showed that there was a relationship between corporate culture and employee behavior. This study uses participant observation and in-depth interviews with 14 people in the management of PT. ADD as organizers of this program and the people who have followed this program. Observations and interviews conducted by the author in a way to follow the whole series of programs and activities in the period December 2012 to July 2013. Finally PT. ADD�s company culture in question is the values that embodied to gardep through a series of activities that can be classified into rituals and ceremonies. Ritual and ceremony become a pattern in the six rites that sustainably form a learning process for gardep to become a person who has a behavior corresponding to the image of the PT. ADD. The image was obtained from the culture that formed from the value of smart, smile, and sensible. The process of forming solidarity between individuals in a group, working loyalty, and expand the network in the development of individuals and companies.
