2013 as an object to be examined with the theory of stylistic. This study analyzed the
11 identified song lyrics have in common with elements that exist in the language of
poetry. The approachment method that used for analyzing this song is structural
stylistics. Structural stylistics contains elements which are present in the lyrics, such
as sound elements, means of rhetoric, language style, and the factors that affected it.
In this thesis a theoretical goal of research to deepen understanding of language style
of Korean song lyrics. Practical purposes of this research can serve for further
research, in particular research stylistics. Based on the analysis of 11 songs stylistics
Standing Egg, these lyrics have a typical language style and love themed lyrics.
