Summary: | This paper that entitled \"The Dialogue Discourse on Film Dalyeora
Jajeongeo : Politeness Principle and Cooperative Principle Analysis\" is written to
find and describe the form and explanation of obedience and deviation in the
pragmatics principles with its maxim through inter-characters speech act. The
main data in this paper is token by dialogues of the characters in the Dalyeora
Jajeongeo movie. Theories in order to analyse the data are dialogue discourse
analysis theory and theory of pragmatics principles.
Analysis result shows that the principle of cooperative obedience is
dominated by maxim of quantity. The principle of politeness is dominated by the
maxim of awardness. The principle of cooperative deviation is dominated by
maxim of quantity and maxim of relevance. While the principle of politeness
deviation is most commonly found on the maxim of awardness and maxim of a
match.
Based on the data analysis, the lessons that we can learn is if we want to
compose a cooperative and politely communication with the other, we should
speaks anything based on the facts and the opponents necessity. Then, our speech
would be better if we always give honest complimentary speech to the opponents.
But, in a conversation activity for example, if we break the pragmatics principles
rules, we would make a bad and impolite conversation |
