Summary:Productivity is a matter that relates to the number of inputs used to produce output. The increase or decrease in the company's performance is a measure that is expressed on a measurement of productivity. One of productivity measurement can be done by minimizing the input and increase output results, then can also be done by maximizing the use of inputs to produce outputs remain. Input commonly used in productivity which includes raw material inputs, material inputs, energy inputs, labor input and capital input in one period. This measurement is called the productivity measures the output-input method. Based on the results of measurements made in PT. Salama Nusantara turned out much the same downward trend in the number of periods that occur during the year. While in one year for certain inputs are not experiencing inflation. Supposedly PT. Salama Nusantara more sensitive to consumer behavior that have a very large influence on the rate of productivity. In addition, PT. Salama Nusantara must make an estimate for crown god tea production target next period.
