The theme of this report on management records center in the office of library archives and documentation of east lombok district. This report explores the start of disk space condition until the entry of the repertoire of groves on the records center PADOK Office. In this report the authors used three methods in the completeness of this report the method of observation , direct observation, interviews Field work practice report results based on archival activities in the padok office ongoing today.by this it can be concluded inactive records management can be managed optimally, especially the rediscovery of the archive to archive shrinkage, but it also faced constraints on infrastructure the budget such as infrastructure and increased competence center recourds and human resources.
