Summary:The objective of this research is to propose a design of partnership for the supplier and the point of sale. The design of partnership in this research is formed by collaboration criterias and risk assessment from both parties. The Trading Department of Kusuma Agrowisata acts as a supplier of fruits and vegetables, organic and non organic, for point of sales such as modern trade like marts or retailers and restaurants. The relation between the trading department and its point of sales is just a seller and a buyer. Some conflicts was made in the past by both parties. The problem is when a conflict is made, there is no form of deal on how to end it. By forming a design partnership it is expected that when a conflict between both parties is made, the partnership design can solve the problem. Qualitative methodology is used in this research and data is collected from selected cases through observations, interviews and brainstorming. The supplier evaluation criterias is selected from the literatures to form a collaboration criterias for which can be accepted by both parties. Next, the risk assessment is researched by interviewing the organization of Kusuma Agrowisata Trading Department and the representatives from the point of sales taken in. The design of partnership is formed by using the collaboration criterias made by both parties and the risk mitigation from the risk assessment on the supply chain risk management between trading department trading and the point of sale.
