Guwatirta Sejahtera must have a strategic planning of information system, in order to achieve its goals in competitive advantage. With the role of adequate information systems and technology (IS / IT) will assist the company in implementing the marketing activities and product sales of bottled drinking water (drinking water) and the administration of the company to able to provide the best service to customers.
The study begins from the company's current conditions at present, it is followed by an internal analysis (Value Chain, Critical Success Factor, SWOT) and external companies (PEST and Five Force Model). The focus of the research is to explore the needs of the application to the BMC. The study is conducted by entering the Business Model Canvas as one part of the business analysis model-Peppard Ward. Applications that appear after some kind of analysis will be grouped with Farlan MC method to produce a portfolio of applications. Potential emerging applications are categorized according to the existing business processes in the Business Model Canvas.
The results of application mapping models McFarlan recommends the application development E-Commerce and E- Supply Chain Management, into the category of High Potential. E-Commerce and E-SCM is part of the E-Busines and including High Potential because the company still needs development to achieve company goals.
