ETD Implementation of cloud computing in the education sector is still not widely studied, whereas cloud computing is a development of IT infrastructure that can provide a solution to the limited ability for the private universities to provide a server that will continue to grow. This study examines the adoption model Roadmap for Cloud Computing Adoption (ROCCA) are used for implementing cloud computing at the Semarang University (USM). The adoption model is necessary to study, because previous ROCCA implementation previously researched in industry and government sectors, while educational institutions have different characteristics from the two sectors mentioned earlier. This study will analyze the cloud computing along with every phase of ROCCA and compared with the conditions of an educational institution. The results of this study are modifications ROCCA adoption model, which consists of 5 (five) stages, there are: the Analysis, Design, Adoption, Migration, and Management. Continued by generating the implementation of cloud computing implementation model and service Private Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) for educational institutions, in this case at the Semarang University.
