DIY Law and Human Right Ministry Regional Office has done one of its program of National Action of Human Right Plan that is Community Communication Service based on Presidential regulation number 23 of 2011 on National Action for Human Right Plan. Community Communication Service is service to community about presumed Human Right issue that is communicated and not communicated by individual or group of individual. Therefore, author want to know service and handling of complaint of cases presumed Human Right violation in DIY Law and Human Right Ministry Regional Office. In general, the objective of internship is to provide real experience to author as would be professional worker to bridge gap between profession theory obtained in lecture and profession working practice in real working world. Subjective goal of the field work practice is to carry out course of internship in semester 6 to fulfill gradation requirement from 3rd year Diploma of Law, Vocational School of Gadjah Mada University. Benefit of internship for author is to identify main task and function of DIY Law and Human Right Ministry Regional Office and to be able to understand service and hand ling of complaint of cases presumed Human Right violation in DIY Law and Human Right Ministry Regional Office. DIY Law and Human Right Ministry Regional Office play important and strategic role in that people can use directly because the institution provid e handing and settlement of complaint of cases presumed violating Human Right communicated by person or group of person. Real kind of effort to implement functions of protection, developing, fulfilling, enforcing and respecting Human Right conducted by DIY Law and Human Right Ministry Regional Office is receive and follow-up complain from people over cases presumed violating Human Right.
