| Summary: | Increasing population density in Indonesian big cities in ye impacted in
decreasing of quality in the urban space. The primary use of existing land should
be optimized to put the function of multi-story residential building into maximal
use. This will allow the city to keep enough space for other function, and expand
public spaces or green spaces. To support the housing need for urban families and
still maintain existing open space, the housing complex is needed. The housing is
designed with Low-Maintenance concept, which will maintain the value of the
apartment without having to spend a lot of money from both the residents and
minimalizes continuous maintenance needed from housing manager or developer.
Infill System divides the building into modules, thus providing the housing unit
flexibility in the managing spatial functions to support the ever-changing needs of
the space in years to come. |
