Un-integrated service between Juwata Airport and the Port Tengkayu in Tarakan because there is no transport mode integrator services. To achieve this, a competent assessment will needed, so the operation of transport mode integrator be an appropriate service. This study was conducted to analyze the magnitude of the prospective demand, technical operations, operating costs, as well as the appropriate rate. Projection method is used to analyze the growth of the passenger, a field survey method to analyze the magnitude of the prospective demand, while the operational cost analysis to get the pattern and rate proper operation. Airport passenger growth in Juwata Airport, according to the results of analysis by the linear models of econometric projection was follow the equation = �2159345 + 0.96 � + 189,92 �, with y is an annual passenger movement
