Disparity is a regional phenomenon that exists in all regions including in Trenggalek Regency. This kind of disparity created the existence of developed regions and underdeveloped regions, which could bring the development process to be achieved at loss in macro context. Hence, this study focused on regional disparities in the development of Trenggalek especially in sub-district level. This study aimed at (1) analyzing the regional development level in all sub-districts of Trenggalek Regency, (2) analyzing the disparity level of regional development in Trenggalek Regency, (3) analyzing the causes of development disparities in Trenggalek Regency, and (4) formulating regional development strategy to overcome the development disparities in Trenggalek Regency.
